Report rom AGM2019 – Update
2019 saw a significant number of upgrades and improvements to Aragorn, our web based Brigade Management System developed by North Beach Tec Gurus Sean Meyer, Phil Harman and Jordan Lun. This team continues to maintain and support Aragorn under the direction of the state, and Andrew Bailey is providing first contact Level 1 support and will escalate any issues to a Level 2 Support Tec if required. More updates and useful tools are soon to be released on Aragorn that will provide for tools and time savings for BBWA as an organisation.

All hours of service should now be logged on Aragron.
Recording Awards.
There are two parts of this process
- Achieve Badges
- Award Badges
It is set up to do the following
- Achieve Badge. This will add the badges that you may need to order to a spread sheet. The idea is you can achieve the badge throughout the year as is happens. This will keep a count of what you need to order.
- Print/Send a badge order report to HQ and the correct number of badges will be sent.
- AWARD the badges. – Then they appear on the armband pictures after the award date.
